Step 1 – Registers your property with us and one of our advisors will call you to go through the process and any questions you may have.


Step 2 – Agree a price that you want to sell your property for, this will be done once we have researched the local market and took all the factors into consideration.


Step 3 – Upon agreeing a price, we will post out the Sales agreement for you to sign.


Step 4 – When you get the Sales agreement sign both copies and post one copy back to our UK postal address, along with the paperwork that will be listed in the sales agreement.


Step 5 – Once we receive the paperwork, we will scan them over to our solicitors and they will produce the Power of Attorney.


Step 6 – We will post to you the Power of attorney that you will need to sign and send back to us.


Step 7 – We will get the Power of Attorney attested and notarized at the UAE embassy in the UK.


Step 8 – All the original paperwork is DHL couriered to our Dubai Office, who will get the Power of Attorney stamped by the UAE Embassy in Dubai.


Step 9 – We sell your property acting on your behalf.


Step 10 – We transfer the money to your bank account as per the sales agreement.
